Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement regulates account use, use of membership-related services, account security, and membership termination processes for users who create a membership account on the Lucid website operated by LUCID SOLID / ERCAN ŞİMŞEK.

1. Purpose and Scope

This Membership Agreement regulates account use, use of membership-related services, account security, and termination of membership for users who create a membership account on the Lucid website operated by LUCID SOLID / ERCAN SIMSEK.

This agreement does not replace the Distance Sales Agreement for provisions related to product sales.

2. Membership Account

A membership account is created to view orders, manage saved addresses, store favorites, follow support processes, and use site functions offered to the user.

The user accepts that the information provided during membership is accurate, up to date, and belongs to the user.

3. Account Security

The user is responsible for keeping account information and password confidential. Unless the user proves they are not at fault, the user is responsible for transactions carried out through the user account.

In case of suspected unauthorized use, the user must immediately notify LUCID SOLID / ERCAN SIMSEK.

4. Usage Rules

The user agrees to use the site in accordance with law and good faith, not provide false or misleading information, not violate third-party rights, not misuse the system, not attempt unauthorized access, and not perform transactions that harm payment security or constitute fraud.

5. Texts Applicable to Orders

For orders placed through a membership account, the Preliminary Information Form, Distance Sales Agreement, Return and Withdrawal Terms, Delivery Policy, and other relevant texts apply separately.

6. Site Content and Updates

LUCID SOLID / ERCAN SIMSEK may update product information, prices, stock/production status, site functions, and membership processes in accordance with legislation. Acquired rights of consumers in transactions with confirmed order approval are reserved.

7. Suspension or Termination of Membership

Membership may be temporarily suspended or terminated in cases of false information, misuse of the system, suspected unauthorized transaction, unlawful use, or actions that endanger security.

8. Termination by the User

The user may request deletion of the membership. However, records required to be kept within the scope of orders, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal retention obligations may be stored for the period prescribed by applicable legislation.
