Return and Withdrawal Conditions

This page provides general information on the right of withdrawal in distance sales, exceptions to that right, defective/wrong/damaged delivery cases, and refund processes.

1. General Information

This page has been prepared to provide general information on the right of withdrawal in distance sales, exceptions to the right of withdrawal, defective/wrong/damaged delivery cases, and refund processes.

2. Right of Withdrawal

For products purchased within the scope of distance sales and not covered by exceptions to the right of withdrawal, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from receiving the product without giving any reason.

The withdrawal notice may be sent to us by email, written application, return/withdrawal form provided on the website, or another durable medium.

3. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient for the notice to be sent to us within the legal period.

The product may have been inspected to the extent it could be inspected in a store. However, if the product is used beyond ordinary inspection, damaged, or loses value, evaluations arising from legislation may be made separately.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Exceptions under current distance contracts legislation are reserved. In particular, the right of withdrawal may not exist for products prepared according to the consumer's requests or personal needs, such as custom size, custom color, personalized production, or non-standard configuration.

This exception does not eliminate the consumer's statutory rights in cases of defective goods, wrong product delivery, incomplete delivery, or transport-related damage.

5. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Delivery

If obvious damage is observed on the package or product during delivery, it is recommended to prepare a report with the delivery officer and, if possible, take photographs.

Notifications regarding missing, damaged, or wrong product delivery should be sent to our support channels as soon as possible. According to the result of the review, exchange, repair, refund, or other legal remedies are applied.

6. Refund

If the right of withdrawal is duly exercised or the return is accepted, the refund is initiated within the period prescribed by legislation and in accordance with the payment method used by the consumer when purchasing.

The refund is made without imposing additional cost or obligation on the consumer. Internal processing times of banks or payment institutions may apply separately.

7. Impossibility of Order Performance

If performance of the product or service subject to the order becomes impossible, the consumer is notified in writing or through a durable medium within three days from the date this situation is learned by us.

In this case, all collected amounts, including delivery costs if any, are refunded within fourteen days from the notification date at the latest.

The fact that the goods are not in stock is not considered impossibility on its own.
