Delivery Policy

1. General Information

This policy explains the process followed for preparation, production, shipping, delivery receipt checks, and cases where delivery cannot be completed for Lucid orders.

2. Delivery Scope

Delivery is made to the address in Turkiye specified by the buyer during the order. The buyer is responsible for entering address information accurately and completely.

For bulky, fragile, or made-to-order products, the delivery method may vary as standard cargo, logistics shipment, or special delivery.

3. Preparation and Shipping Process

In-stock products are prepared after payment approval and made ready for shipment.

For products requiring custom size, custom color, custom system, or made-to-order production, production starts after order confirmation. Production and shipping times may vary according to product type, order volume, supply, and logistics conditions.

4. Delay and Notification

If an extraordinary delay occurs in delivery, the buyer is informed through appropriate communication channels.

If performance of the goods subject to the order becomes impossible, the buyer is notified within the period required by legislation and collected amounts are refunded within the legal period.

5. Delivery Receipt Check

The package and packaging should be checked during delivery. If there is obvious damage, crushing, breakage, or suspicion of missing items, it is recommended to prepare a report with the delivery officer and, if possible, take visual records.

For products requiring installation, interventions contrary to the product's use and installation instructions may affect warranty and review processes.

6. Failure to Complete Delivery

If the buyer is not present at the address, the address information is incomplete or incorrect, the buyer refuses delivery, or there is a logistics access obstacle, a new delivery plan may be made. In this case, additional costs that may arise can be evaluated separately after prior notification.
