This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared to present essential information about the product or service to be purchased before the consumer completes the order and assumes a payment obligation.

2. Product / Order Information
The name/model, size, color, technical specifications, quantity, unit price, and subtotal of the product or products subject to the order are shown separately on the order summary screen and form an integral part of this form.
3. Total Price and Additional Costs
The total amount related to the order consists of the product price, any tax, delivery/cargo fee, and other clearly stated costs.
Before payment, the total amount payable by the consumer is shown clearly and understandably.
4. Payment Method
Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, bank transfer/EFT, or other methods offered on the site. If an installment option is offered, the number of installments and total payment amount are also shown on the payment screen.
5. Delivery and Performance
Delivery is made to the address specified by the consumer during the order. Delivery time may vary according to product stock status, production plan, order nature, and logistics conditions. Current delivery information is also shown on the order summary screen.
If performance of the order becomes impossible, the consumer is informed in accordance with legislation and collected amounts are refunded within the legal period.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Within the scope of distance sales legislation, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal for products not covered by exceptions within fourteen days from receiving the product without giving any reason.
The withdrawal notice may be sent in writing or through a durable medium to LUCID SOLID / ERCAN SIMSEK.
7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
For custom-size, custom-color, personalized production, or non-standard configuration products prepared according to the consumer's requests or personal needs, the right of withdrawal may not exist within the scope of legislative exceptions.
Legal rights regarding defective goods, wrong product delivery, and damaged delivery are reserved.
