For products prepared according to custom size, custom color, custom system, or the buyer's personal needs, additional technical verification or additional information may be requested before production starts.

For products involving made-to-order production, exceptions in current legislation may apply regarding the right of withdrawal. However, the consumer's statutory rights are reserved in cases of defective goods, wrong product delivery, or damaged delivery.

6. Price, Payment, and Invoice

The total price of the product or service is the amount shown in the order summary and payment screen. This amount includes the product price, any tax, delivery/cargo fee, and other clearly stated costs.

Refunds within the scope of the right of withdrawal are made within the legal period and in accordance with the payment method used by the buyer for the order, without imposing any cost on the buyer.

9. Defective Goods and Wrong / Damaged Delivery

If it is understood that the delivered product is defective, wrong, or damaged, the buyer's optional rights arising from consumer legislation are reserved. The buyer may notify the seller without delay and initiate the review and resolution process.
