4. Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data

Processing that is mandatory for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right.

Processing required for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

Where explicit consent is required, processing based on the explicit consent of the data subject.

Separate explicit consent is obtained where necessary for marketing communications and non-essential cookies. This disclosure text does not replace an explicit consent text.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data is retained for the period required for the processing purpose and for the retention periods prescribed by applicable legislation. At the end of the period, the data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have rights including learning whether your personal data is processed, requesting information if it has been processed, learning whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, knowing third parties to whom it has been transferred, requesting correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and requesting deletion/destruction where legal conditions are met.
